BIM Operation Lead

hirify.global’s Global Real Estate and Facilities team builds technology-driven workplace environments using BIM, digital twins, and data.

What you will do

• Research, develop, and implement BIM automation solutions to streamline project workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts, macros, and plugins using Python and C#.
• Use visual programming tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper) to create advanced parametric BIM workflows.
• Automate data-heavy tasks such as quantity extraction, model health audits, reporting, and clash detection validation.
• Define and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with automation and structure.
• Oversee digital handover processes and deliver structured automated asset data to Facilities Management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Experience in project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management).
• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, including building processes and coordinating release schedules.
