BIM Specialist (Revit)

Location: Hybrid work with home office options available after the onboarding phase in accordance with internal guidelines.

Salary: From €3,500 gross per month, with the offer adjustable based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Create highly complex, nested, formula-driven parametric Revit lighting families.
• Develop rule-based product configurators using Dynamo and Python.
• Create, maintain, and implement Revit product type catalogs and optimize CAD and 3D exports.
• Translate technical product features, drawings, and installation documentation into practical Revit families.
• Provide Revit project support to lighting designers from conceptual through detailed design phases.
• Maintain and quality-assure BIM product libraries, training materials, IFC exports, and online BIM content.

Requirements

• Completed technical education, a relevant degree, or comparable professional experience.
• Advanced understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, project phases, and LOD requirements.
• Excellent experience with the Revit Family Editor and Project environment, including shared parameters and type catalogs.
• Good knowledge of CAD tools such as Rhinoceros and AutoCAD.
• Structured, adaptable working style and enthusiasm for a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
