What you will do

  • Support prospective and existing customer engagements alongside the sales organization.
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires with precise, timely answers.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process to quickly enable successful Notion deployments and integrations.
  • Showcase custom solutions and curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering.
  • Educate the sales organization on the product, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and typical customer environments and third-party applications.
  • Document technical considerations and represent Notion at industry events; contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
  • Ability to understand and explain how APIs support advanced customer workflows.
  • Experience with third-party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
  • Strong project management experience managing complex projects to completion.
  • Fluency in French.
