What you will do
- Support prospective and existing customer engagements alongside the sales organization.
- Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires with precise, timely answers.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process to quickly enable successful Notion deployments and integrations.
- Showcase custom solutions and curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Educate the sales organization on the product, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and typical customer environments and third-party applications.
- Document technical considerations and represent Notion at industry events; contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Ability to understand and explain how APIs support advanced customer workflows.
- Experience with third-party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
- Strong project management experience managing complex projects to completion.
- Fluency in French.
