What you will do
- Own technical strategy for the most complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise opportunities, including legacy-to-cloud migrations and multi-national compliance considerations.
- Build and govern centralized hero demos and reference architectures; set technical standards and author scalable architectures for the Solutions Consultant organization.
- Lead end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs), designing high-performance premise-to-cloud integrations and driving the Mutual Success Plan (MSP) with the AE.
- Lead technical narratives for enterprise RFPs/RFIs and represent in customer Q&A and security review calls.
- Mentor junior Solutions Consultants and run internal technical deep-dives to support the technical close plan.
- Run post-deal Win/Loss reviews to capture lessons learned and shape team playbooks and product roadmap feedback to Engineering.
Requirements
- Work authorization: must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- 6–10+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solutions architecture experience with enterprise software or cloud platforms.
- 3–5+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year strategic account engagements (e.g., $2M+ TCV) with C-suite and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center (CCaaS), and Unified Communications (UCaaS) outcomes, including omnichannel routing and AI-driven CX.
- Expert API-first integration design and hands-on REST API work (Postman), including API security (OAuth, JWT) and experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js.
- Expert knowledge of Generative/Agentic AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning) and responsible AI governance; plus enterprise data platforms and ETL/ELT and real-time analytics mapping.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience migrating legacy on-premises telephony architectures (e.g., Elite, Aura) to modern cloud environments.
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks such as Selling Through Curiosity (STC) and NEPQ.
- Thought leadership via publications, speaking engagements, or recognized CCaaS/AI expertise.
