What you will do

• Execute physical security policies and coordinate the deployment of security systems across all international sites.
• Produce structured risk analyses covering physical, human, informational, and reputational exposure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for state administrations, defense ministries, and regulatory bodies across operating jurisdictions.
• Manage personnel security clearances and classification frameworks across multiple national systems.
• Design and automate screening workflows for partners, suppliers, and new hires to scale with company growth.
• Maintain the company's business continuity plan and protect strategic intellectual property.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a security or defense-related role, ideally within armed forces or state administration.
• Familiarity with national regulatory frameworks for protected information and sites.
• Proven ability to draft structured risk and threat analyses for executive decision-makers.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Strong judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure.
• Experience handling sensitive topics across different time zones and jurisdictions.
