What you will do

• Develop and execute regional procurement strategies that support the global category roadmap.
• Conduct sourcing activities to ensure optimal cost, performance, and supply continuity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ESG requirements, and corporate sustainability objectives.
• Manage supplier documentation and oversee RFQ and e‑auction processes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a procurement leader.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and related procurement modules.
• Strong capability in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed atmosphere.
