What you will do

• Lead pre-sales engagements by collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate value via tailored presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
• Provide technical expertise on the platform, including integrations, data flows, and analytics capabilities, and position solutions in a value-driven way.
• Architect and design customized solutions that meet customer needs using the product suite.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, positioning solutions effectively around business challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover and implementation.
• Gather and share market and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and strategic sales approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, solution engineering, or a related customer/business-facing technical role in the SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in web and app technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze complex customer requirements and design effective solutions.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong customer relationships focused on customer satisfaction and success.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Strong domain knowledge in Martech, digital experience analytics, customer journey mapping, and UX/customer journey optimization.
• Experience with web analytics, product analytics platforms, experience analytics, voice of customer platforms, or customer experience platforms.
