TL;DR

Sr. Account Manager, Transport & Logistics Technology: Driving net-new revenue through acquisition of new customers across transportation, logistics, and supply chain markets with an accent on selling advanced IoT tracking solutions including solar-powered asset trackers, smart labels, and cloud-based visibility platforms. Focus on prospecting, closing high-value deals, and expanding accounts into long-term partnerships.

Location: Office/Hybrid based in San Jose, Atlanta, Dulles, VA or 100% Home office based. North America region. Travel: up to 50%.

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually, bonus eligibility $30,000 - $40,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Leverage transport & logistics expertise and IoT tracking knowledge to drive growth in North America.
  • Acquire and expand large accounts by selling IoT trackers, smart labels, and visibility platforms.
  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Drive repeat business and expansion through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Promote IoT solutions portfolio using global references.
  • Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales in logistics, transport, IoT, telematics, or supply-chain technology with proven quota attainment.
  • Deep knowledge of transportation, warehousing, freight, and supply-chain workflows.
  • Experience selling IoT tracking devices, GPS trackers, smart labels, sensors, or visibility solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills for complex enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
