What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy for monetization in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment.
- Own a multi-quarter monetization roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Develop self-serve and sales-assisted experiences to reduce friction and improve activation.
- Build reusable monetization capabilities that support multiple products and business models.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, sales, finance, and legal teams.
- Partner with engineering and data science to build measurement systems for funnel performance and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, cross-functional areas.
- Proven track record driving monetization, marketplace, or platform programs at scale.
- Experience with complex monetization systems like billing, payments, entitlements, or pricing.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and a clear point of view on applying AI to drive customer value.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise or hierarchical purchasing models.
- Background in funnel optimization and experimentation.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry.
