Salary: $169,300–$284,700 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy for monetization in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment.
  • Own a multi-quarter monetization roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Develop self-serve and sales-assisted experiences to reduce friction and improve activation.
  • Build reusable monetization capabilities that support multiple products and business models.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, sales, finance, and legal teams.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to build measurement systems for funnel performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, cross-functional areas.
  • Proven track record driving monetization, marketplace, or platform programs at scale.
  • Experience with complex monetization systems like billing, payments, entitlements, or pricing.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and a clear point of view on applying AI to drive customer value.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise or hierarchical purchasing models.
  • Background in funnel optimization and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry.
