What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to increase sharing, signups, and revenue.
• Design and run high-velocity A/B experiments to uncover actionable insights for product iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Monetization teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Prioritize the product and design backlog based on short- and long-term business value.
• Partner with Product Marketing to optimize copy and messaging for push notifications and user engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product roles for Gen Z social or community mobile apps.
• Proven track record of owning and driving core product metrics such as DAU, signups, and retention.
• Experience building products with strong K-Factor and viral loops.
• Strong experience running high-velocity A/B testing and maintaining a structured experimentation backlog.
• Ability to partner closely with Engineering to build and ship features.
• Experience working cross-functionally with UA, Monetization, Design, and Data teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Snap, Instagram, or TikTok acquisition funnels.
