What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with monetization and company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure successful delivery.
• Design, implement, and measure multivariate A/B tests to optimize features.
• Monitor product metrics and iterate to improve user purchase funnel and revenue.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders on monetization objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Los Angeles or San Francisco with hybrid work attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• 6+ years product management experience, preferably in subscription-based consumer businesses.
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue, acquisition, conversion, and retention models.
• Proven leadership in monetization initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
