What you will do

• Build and evolve the enterprise commercial intelligence framework and data models covering pipeline, forecasting, and account health.
• Lead the development of AI and machine learning capabilities for forecasting, propensity modelling, and churn detection.
• Create integrated dashboards and reporting to provide visibility across the commercial lifecycle.
• Establish governance standards for commercial data quality, consistency, and usage.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insight-led recommendations that drive business performance.
• Drive the adoption of commercial intelligence tools and methodologies across global teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial intelligence, analytics, data science, or revenue operations.
• Expertise in data modelling, predictive analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning within a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Must be based in the UK.
