What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for real-time vehicle tracking, route optimization, billing, and dispatch.
• Own the reliability and observability of the platform by implementing monitoring, alerting, and on-call practices.
• Model and evolve Postgres schemas, manage migrations, and build integrations with telematics APIs and billing providers.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define long-term backend architecture and strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

• Production experience shipping Node.js services with a deep understanding of API design and distributed systems.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
• Expertise in AI multi-agent systems.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to scope and solve ambiguous problems independently.
