What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the US sales team of key account executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise SaaS solutions, from prospecting and generating leads to negotiating and closing.
  • Represent the company in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions.
  • Develop strategic territory plans and provide accurate sales forecasts to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to foster deep relationships and drive upsell opportunities to hit aggressive revenue goals.
  • Take the lead on recruiting additional resources to grow the sales presence in the US.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (Hybrid New York)
  • 10+ years of full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales teams executing business with ACVs between $50K and $250K.
  • Demonstrated track record as a top 10% performer with personal achievement of deals worth $1,000,000 USD or more.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and a proven ability to coach team members in these techniques.
  • Ability to manage both high-velocity mid-market and complex long-cycle enterprise pipelines.

Nice to have

  • Intimate understanding of the AML/KYC and Forensics space within cryptocurrency or traditional financial environments.
  • Strong passion for emerging technology.
