Salary: $140,000 — $165,000 USD

What you will do
- Build commercial relationships with customers seeking digital asset solutions, including custody, payments, stablecoins, and tokenization.
- Partner with institutional sales leaders to drive strategic opportunities across banks, custodians, and asset managers.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the RFx process, including competitive analysis, storyline development, and response drafting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and finance teams to develop deal strategies and account plans.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap priorities and drive new use cases for custody solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
- 5+ years of experience advising and selling to financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of DLT, smart contracts, DeFi, and the digital asset custody market.
- Established professional network within large financial institutions and crypto-native companies.
- Willingness to travel as required by client and company engagements.
