Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts (Web3): Supporting the North America institutional sales team in bringing digital asset infrastructure to leading financial institutions with an accent on client strategy, business case development, and RFP execution. Location: Hybrid (New York, USA). Must be based in North America.
Salary: $120,000 — $130,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with senior institutional sales leaders to support priority accounts across banks, custodians, and payment providers.
- Build client-specific business cases framing the commercial rationale, ROI, and strategic value of 's product suite.
- Manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests, coordinating across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
- Translate capabilities of Custody, Payments, and RLUSD into language suitable for senior bank stakeholders.
- Create polished presentations, account plans, and executive summaries for senior client stakeholders.
- Research regional trends in digital asset custody and stablecoins to synthesize implications for sales strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America to support the regional institutional sales team.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, institutional clients, and capital markets.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and build rigorous business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.
- Genuine interest in blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, and tokenization.
Nice to have
- Experience at a bank, broker-dealer, crypto company, or enterprise SaaS firm.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, financial modeling, or client pitch materials.
- Knowledge of smart contracts, cross-border payments, or digital asset custody.
- Financial services licenses such as Series 7, Series 63, or SIE.
- Spanish language skills for Latin America-related opportunities.
