Solutions Engineer (Web3)

hirify.global develops Aave’s open financial infrastructure, including earn and borrow products.

What you will do

• Architect and present tailored integration solutions with Business Development and Product during pre-sales engagements.
• Develop and package solution materials that show how Aave’s earn and borrow products fit into partner stacks and product strategies.
• Create technical assets, documentation, prototypes, reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns.
• Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during integrations and support smooth launches and post-deployment performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to communicate partner needs, influence roadmap priorities, and coordinate timelines and dependencies across concurrent integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within FinTech, Crypto, or Web3.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand and read Solidity, TypeScript, and Rust; hands-on coding experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously, work autonomously, and maintain momentum across projects.
• Strong curiosity for DeFi and enthusiasm for the evolution of open financial infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience with Solidity, TypeScript, or Rust.
