What you will do

• Act as the technical subject matter expert in partner conversations to articulate capabilities and shape integration approaches.
• Support pre-integration scoping to help partners visualize how Aave fits into their existing stack and product strategy.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the integration design, build, and deployment phases.
• Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns to accelerate partner adoption.
• Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that showcase best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to relay partner needs and influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to read Solidity and Rust.
• Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent partner integrations autonomously.
• Genuine enthusiasm for DeFi and the evolution of open financial infrastructure.
