What you will do

• Own the migration of company applications into Intune Company Portal, including packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Define and document standards for application onboarding, testing approaches, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Administer and optimize core M365 services, focusing on SharePoint and OneDrive tenant governance.
• Manage identity and access via Entra ID, including SSO configuration and Enterprise Application management.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated service requests and maintain the technical knowledge base.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and operational application deployment.
• Expert-level administration of SharePoint and OneDrive (permissions and governance).
• Advanced skills in Entra ID (SSO, Enterprise Apps) and relevant Azure administration.
• Strong professional English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Must be based within the EU or Great Britain.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-premises Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of Exchange and email flow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Jira Software or Jira Service Management.
• PowerShell experience for automating repeatable administrative tasks.
