What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Desktop Engineering and Microsoft 365 teams, managing performance and career growth.
• Own the endpoint management strategy utilizing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Manage the M365 tenant (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) including governance, licensing optimization, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Security and Network teams to align services with zero-trust initiatives and identity governance.
• Define the digital workplace roadmap and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost and scalability.
• Execute technology onboarding and integration efforts for acquired offices during M&A activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or digital workplace roles, with 2+ years in people management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and M365 administration (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for endpoint and tenant management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for team workflow and backlog management.
• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 certifications (Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator Associate).
• ITIL foundation certification or familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with VDI or Windows 365 Cloud PC.
• Proven track record managing third-party service providers and M&A technology integrations.
