TL;DR

What you will do

  • Administer IAM services across Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Configure authentication controls such as SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access via PIM and RBAC.
  • Lead the integration and synchronization between Microsoft Entra and Workday for automated provisioning.
  • Develop automation solutions utilizing PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation.
  • Collaborate with Security Operations and Cloud Engineering to support Zero Trust security principles.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) administration.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra / AD.
  • Experience integrating and supporting Workday with identity platforms.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
