What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI customer projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Lead a pod of engineers and architects as a single accountable delivery unit.
- Facilitate governance, status reporting, and steering committees for enterprise stakeholders.
- Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts for executive leadership.
- Coordinate integration readiness, environment setup, and production stability with technical teams.
- Enforce documentation standards and ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVR platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based solutions.
- Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
