TL;DR

Sr Technical Program Manager (AI): Leading high-complexity deployments of an Agentic AI conversational platform for enterprise customers with an accent on end-to-end delivery lifecycle management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional pods, managing project risks, and ensuring seamless integration for global enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in the UK (London office or remote within the UK).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI customer projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Lead a pod of engineers and architects as a single accountable delivery unit.
  • Facilitate governance, status reporting, and steering committees for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts for executive leadership.
  • Coordinate integration readiness, environment setup, and production stability with technical teams.
  • Enforce documentation standards and ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVR platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based solutions.
  • Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
