What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams, construction partners, and vendors to deliver capital build commitments on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure new sites launch with secure, reliable ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, and low-voltage systems.
• Oversee the integration of AV systems and physical security (access control, surveillance) into the built environment.
• Establish standardized specifications and documentation to enable repeatable execution across the global portfolio.
• Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio status, key decisions, and emerging delivery risks.
• Manage the commissioning and transition of systems to support teams with clear ownership models.

Requirements

• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Knowledge of the architectural design process and commercial real estate construction.
• Experience in vendor management, including RFP processes and performance management.
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings.
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
