What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with the plant maintenance plan.
• Carry out daily maintenance and repair work on plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Report daily maintenance activities and issues to the Maintenance Leader.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Korea.
• High school diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial or chemical plant maintenance.
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
