What you will do

• Deliver technical expertise for solution implementation to internal team engineers and external customers.
• Monitor field engineers' skillsets and propose suitable training to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Act as a critical bridge between factory experts and field service teams during key issue discussions.
• Coordinate and report on regional retrofit progress (PIP & PUP) and provide status updates.
• Organize and host annual field forum seminars, including paper reviews with team leads.
• Monitor on-site processes and provide suggestions for problem solving and escalation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronic, or communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, RF, Microwave, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with ATEs, production environments, and troubleshooting processes.
• Knowledge of Load board schematics design, layout, and IC test theory.
• Strong English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel for business and work effectively under pressure.
