What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support and service for company products to end-users.
- Act as a technical resource for the sales team during installation and support cycles.
- Conduct dialysis, IT, and application-level training for hospital and technical staff.
- Resolve hardware and software operational issues at client sites using established troubleshooting techniques.
- Test and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer manuals and standards.
- Manage backup component stock and maintain accurate service records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in medical engineering.
- Experience ranging from new graduates up to 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to technically troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
