What you will do

• Install, commission, calibrate, and repair hirify.global laboratory instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide user training and operational guidance to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic customers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Identify opportunities for service contracts, maintenance programs, and instrument upgrades.
• Collaborate with the local sales team to provide technical expertise and improve customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or technical support, preferably within laboratory instrumentation.
• Fluency in Korean is required; English language skills are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) throughout Korea.

• Knowledge of chromatography, sample preparation, or analytical instrumentation.
