What you will do

• Verify that plant equipment is installed and tested according to design and supplier requirements.
• Manage construction completion, turnover to startup, and final turnover to the client.
• Develop and maintain detailed startup schedules and procedures.
• Conduct thorough system walk-downs to identify and track outstanding items or deficiencies.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all electrical system functions during the startup phase.
• Record as-built engineering changes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant startup or commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of power plant technical principles and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in physically demanding construction site conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights.
• OSHA 10 Hour Training certification.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks.
