What you will do

• Drive the creation of technical concepts and requirements for the simulator.
• Lead the implementation and technical execution of the simulator project.
• Manage and prioritize software engineering tasks and the product backlog.
• Ensure efficient information flow between the software team and international stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct technical reviews and support project milestone reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience as a Software Architect, Technical Lead, or Product Owner in large-scale software projects.
• Ability and willingness to achieve a German security clearance.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience with distributed simulation frameworks (HLA) and system-of-systems simulation.
• Knowledge of NATO standards or related process standards (ECSS, DO-178C).
