What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with 3-5 enterprise customers, managing workshops, scoping, and release cadences.
• Validate product ideas through design briefs and prototypes before engineering investment.
• Co-design production builds with the engineering team.
• Execute first-line UAT by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing engineering outputs.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear engineering briefs and vice versa.
• Integrate AI pipelines into customer ERP systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product with at least 2 years in a technical role (engineering, solutions architect, or technical PM).
• Recent production code experience (verifiable on GitHub within the last 2 years).
• Strong technical co-design instincts and ability to evaluate architecture.
• First-line UAT discipline with a proven framework for enterprise releases.
• AI-native user with experience building with LLMs and agents.
• English and German proficiency (C1/C2) required for technical workshops.
• EU work permission is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI prototyping tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Background in AI-first companies or LLM production environments.
• Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in industrial B2B, metals, or manufacturing.
