What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for GPO Purchasing and local stakeholders for designated platforms.
• Own the IT application lifecycle, including the roadmap, releases, and technical debt management.
• Translate business requirements and process changes into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the IT demand pipeline and product backlog using Lean Portfolio Management.
• Coordinate IT vendors and implementation partners for system enhancements, projects, and 3rd level support.
• Administer system configurations, user roles, and monitor technical interfaces, ensuring stable integration with FiCO.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or IT operations.
• Broad knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, infrastructure, databases, and security.
• Proven experience in purchase processes and proficiency with Coupa or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and change management skills.
• Fluent German and English language knowledge.
• Must be based in Germany to support the hybrid work model.
