People Partner (HR): Driving and aligning People strategic priorities with business strategy with an accent on organization design and people change. Focus on proactive talent management, embedding D&I ambitions, and partnering with senior leaders to build a high-performance culture.

Location: Hybrid (London/Osterley). Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

What you will do

• Design and deliver strategic people plans to enable key business outcomes.
• Lead and advise on organizational design and the delivery of people-related change initiatives.
• Manage talent proactively, including succession planning and external talent pipelining.
• Embed D&I ambitions and drive cultural change by mentoring leaders through the Leader Model.
• Partner with senior leaders to create solutions that foster a high-performance culture and increase employee engagement.
• Utilize workforce data and insights to diagnose issues and enable evidence-based business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as a People Partner in complex environments supporting senior leadership.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change and applying design principles.
• Ability to create robust people and culture plans that support business transformation.
• Strong coaching and influencing capabilities to build leader confidence in people decision-making.
• Ability to use data from multiple sources to diagnose organizational issues.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
