TL;DR
Business Operations Lead (HR Operations): Managing day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and systems for a high-growth DTC health and wellness company with an accent on operational execution and system maintenance. Focus on streamlining onboarding workflows, maintaining HRIS accuracy in BambooHR, and coordinating payroll reporting for a global team.
Location: Remote (LATAM, Central America, or the Caribbean). Available 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

What you will do
- Support the Head of People & Culture with daily HR administration and employee record maintenance in BambooHR.
- Execute end-to-end onboarding, including system setup (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace) and 30/60/90 day check-in cadences.
- Build and maintain SOPs, internal documentation, and process templates to ensure scalable workflows.
- Administer HR systems and tools, managing user permissions, access, and workflow automations.
- Coordinate payroll reporting and track contractor agreements, renewal dates, and documentation status.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize HR communications and improve operational reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Business Operations.
- Hands-on experience as a power user or admin of HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Deel).
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- English: Advanced or Native level required.
- Must be based in LATAM, Central America, or the Caribbean.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for documentation and workflow optimization.
- Experience working in startups or remote-first, globally distributed organizations.
- Familiarity with the DTC, e-commerce, or health and wellness industries.
