Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Guildford, UK (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with studio milestones and game lifecycles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the community team to foster growth and professional excellence.
• Manage studio presence across key channels including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
• Build and maintain relationships with fans, media, and influencers while representing the studio at industry events.
• Partner with production, analytics, and brand teams to articulate project health and solve cross-disciplinary challenges.
• Establish community guidelines and craft player-facing messaging, including patch notes and crisis communications.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Guildford, UK, 3 days per week.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a community team within the video games industry.
• Expert knowledge of major social media channels, video content, and livestreaming platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track KPIs and social media trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of brand tone and voice.
• Proven ability to de-escalate online tension and manage high-pressure crisis situations.
