What you will do

• Design and execute the UA go-to-market strategy for a pipeline of new titles, from soft launch to global scale.
• Manage daily operations across social, SDK networks, and programmatic channels with rapid iteration.
• Take full ownership of budgets and ROAS targets, navigating ATT and SKAN 4.0 environments.
• Partner with Creative Labs to brief and test assets to improve IPM and CTR in competitive markets.
• Act as the UA lead for hirify.global, bridging the gap between Product, BI, and Monetization teams.
• Mentor junior team members and share launch frameworks across the Zynga network.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile UA or performance marketing specifically within the mobile gaming sector.
• Proven track record in high-volume environments (Hyper or Hybrid-casual) scaling multiple games.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive the "why" behind performance data.
• Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, tracking, and attribution.
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the London gaming ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of ad monetization and LTV modeling.
• Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for global titles.
