What you will do

• Define and lead the social creative vision across a major client account.
• Translate cultural insights, trends, and internet behavior into powerful brand opportunities.
• Oversee the development of ideas across copy, art direction, motion, and content.
• Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, and copywriters.
• Lead client conversations with strong creative rationale and confidence.
• Own the creative output for social content calendars and high-volume campaign rollouts.

Requirements

• Proven experience shaping social, digital, or integrated campaigns at scale.
• Deep, instinctive understanding of internet culture, platforms, and audience behavior.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and executional excellence across social.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: avg 4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Previous Creative Director or Associate Creative Director experience on social-first accounts.
• Experience leading work for globally recognized brands in fast-moving categories.
• Strong understanding of production, content ecosystems, and creator-led storytelling.
