What you will do
- Define and lead the social creative vision across a major client account.
- Translate cultural insights, trends, and internet behavior into powerful brand opportunities.
- Oversee the development of ideas across copy, art direction, motion, and content.
- Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, and copywriters.
- Lead client conversations with strong creative rationale and confidence.
- Own the creative output for social content calendars and high-volume campaign rollouts.
Requirements
- Proven experience shaping social, digital, or integrated campaigns at scale.
- Deep, instinctive understanding of internet culture, platforms, and audience behavior.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced agency environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and executional excellence across social.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid: avg 4 days/week).
Nice to have
- Previous Creative Director or Associate Creative Director experience on social-first accounts.
- Experience leading work for globally recognized brands in fast-moving categories.
- Strong understanding of production, content ecosystems, and creator-led storytelling.
