What you will do

  • Develop and lead community engagement strategies, including engagement frameworks for when, where, and how the brand shows up.
  • Own day-to-day community engagement across social platforms and set the standard for brand voice.
  • Run social listening to track sentiment, identify emerging themes, and turn insights into recommendations for content and strategy.
  • Lead responses during high-pressure moments, issues, or crisis situations using tone, timing, and escalation judgement.
  • Drive proactive engagement by identifying opportunities to join cultural conversations and build brand affinity.
  • Present insights and performance to clients and collaborate with content creators and social strategists to integrate engagement with the social plan.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading community management for well-known brands, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Expertise in developing community engagement strategies and brand voice guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of social listening tools and community management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
  • Experience managing social media crisis and issues response.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building client relationships.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
