What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and point of contact during events.
• Coordinate with corporate partners, nonprofit hosts, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event check-in processes and provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Proactively solve on-site challenges such as supply issues, technology hurdles, or staffing needs.
• Handle event setup, site cleanup, and the repacking/shipping of event materials.
• Provide consistent updates, including photos and videos, to the central Events Team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing group dynamics.
