What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and line management to a team of Clinical Project Managers.
• Oversee clinical operations budget planning, financial forecasting, and portfolio sustainability.
• Manage resource allocation across clinical trials based on project complexity and team capacity.
• Drive consistent, high-quality execution of clinical trials in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Represent the Clinical Project Management function in cross-functional governance and operational strategy forums.
• Foster an inclusive team culture focused on accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, MD, PharmD) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience required.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in clinical research, including substantial clinical project management and people leadership.
• Proven experience in line management, performance coaching, and resource planning.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial procedures.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
