What you will do

• Assess feasibility, including permitting and venue costs, and support budget creation.
• Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, layouts, and vendor selection.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with technical, infrastructure, F&B, and security vendors.
• Coordinate with local authorities, venues, and internal teams.
• Oversee onsite load-in, show execution, and load-out.
• Manage timelines, task tracking, and real-time operational troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in producing large-scale live or experiential events.
• Proven track record of managing complex productions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendors from start to finish.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including mandatory availability on weekends for event execution.
• Must be based in Italy.
