What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team responsible for onboarding intermediary firms and advisers.
  • Manage onboarding risk processes and apply robust control frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Assess financial and business intelligence to recommend appropriate onboarding outcomes.
  • Review and enhance operational controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Oversee quality checks, complaint handling, breach reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze performance data to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience within the UK financial services market.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
  • Experience managing or leading teams with a focus on performance and development.
  • Understanding of onboarding governance, intermediary structures, and contractual arrangements.
  • Ability to interpret financial and business data for risk-based decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
