What you will do

• Develop and maintain GUI and automation software tools to support Failure Analysis and Reliability teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand workflows and technical requirements for efficient tool solutions.
• Design and integrate software with lab infrastructure and equipment such as ATE and measurement tools.
• Implement flow automation and data capture using APIs and scripting.
• Ensure software solutions are intuitive, efficient, and well-documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with software engineering tools including Git, code reviews, and Jira.
• Excellent English communication skills for technical documentation and global collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a semiconductor lab environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tcl and Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of EDA/DFT tools like Cadence PVS, Siemens Calibre, or Synopsys Avalon.
• Experience integrating software with ATE environments such as SmarTest or IGXL.
• Familiarity with data formats like STIL.
