What you will do

  • Maintain and optimize production test programs for IC products across global manufacturing sites to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Lead root-cause analysis activities for yield excursions, test escapes, and test-related customer returns.
  • Support the industrialization and smooth transfer of test programs and hardware between global production locations.
  • Manage sustaining activities for load boards, probe cards, and interface hardware, including schematic reviews.
  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives through test time optimization, hardware improvements, and flow enhancements.
  • Ensure all activities align with corporate quality systems, safety standards, and reliability expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Proven experience in sustaining or production test engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and practical experience with semiconductor ATE platforms (Javelin J800, Magnum, ETS-88, Accotest).
  • Strong knowledge of Analog and Logic IC devices.
  • Ability to interpret PCB schematics and utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and curve tracers.
  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
