What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing and test equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Optimize machine parameters to improve yield, efficiency, and cycle time.
• Support installation, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Collaborate with test, product, and quality engineers to resolve equipment-related process issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and maintain 5S practices in cleanroom environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and test handlers.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and PLCs, automation, or control systems.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor/cleanroom and support shifts or on-call duty.
