What you will do

• Act as the primary technical interface between the Malaysia hub and China-based subcontractors.
• Drive yield optimization and perform rapid disposition of low-yield material.
• Lead cross-functional 8D problem-solving teams and Failure Analysis loops.
• Conduct on-site factory floor audits to ensure adherence to global manufacturing control plans.
• Review and approve Process Change Notices (PCNs) to mitigate quality and IP risks.
• Validate characterization data and ensure total integrity before product release.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is non-negotiable.
• Mastery of semiconductor statistical analysis (SPC, SBL, part average testing) and diagnostic software like JMP.
• Robust understanding of logic product testing, test methodologies, and package structures.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to mainland China.
• Strong knowledge of automotive/industrial qualification standards (AEC-Q100, FMEA).
