What you will do

• Perform real-time monitoring of defect signals, SPC, and inspection data to detect and escalate yield risks.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics to identify yield limiters from high-volume manufacturing data.
• Execute defect analysis, fault isolation, and failure investigations to identify root causes.
• Support hold lot disposition decisions by combining defect analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with global integration, module, and metrology teams to resolve yield issues.
• Improve defect classification accuracy through ADC model support and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based support model, including non-standard working hours.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders (especially US) without barriers.
• Knowledge of semiconductor HVM manufacturing process flow (3 years of experience preferred, but open to fresh graduates).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data analysis and process modelling.
• Prior experience in yield engineering, defect reduction, or defect metrology in high-volume production.
• Experience in distance engineering support across global sites.
