What you will do

• Sustain and optimize production equipment with a focus on vision inspection systems and measurement reliability.
• Develop and maintain machine vision recipes, camera alignment, and inspection parameters.
• Perform MSA studies including GR&R, bias, and linearity to ensure measurement validation.
• Analyze equipment data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and improve OEE performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on yield and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor or automated manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of MSA, SPC, and statistical analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with machine vision systems such as Cohu, Pentamaster, ASM, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in camera systems, optics, lighting control, and image processing concepts.
• Understanding of TPM, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AOI, AVI, or laser marking inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Spotfire, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with SECS/GEM, industrial communication protocols, and factory automation integration.
