What you will do

• Secure BG Product Requirements for NPI and Industrial projects at internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Manage all product validation, characterization, and qualification data to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and execute product characterization and validation plans.
• Participate in risk assessments (FMEA) and lead problem-solving teams using the 8D methodology.
• Review device specifications and oversee the product release process.
• Drive efficiency improvements in validation and characterization to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics.
• Strong proficiency in Statistics.
• English: B2 (communicative) required.
• Analytical skills and an entrepreneurial attitude toward taking ownership.
