What you will do

• Monitor and analyze platform transactions to identify fraud, unusual patterns, or high-risk activities.
• Conduct merchant onboarding risk assessments (KYB) and perform ongoing risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to develop and refine risk control rules.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to detect anomalies and build risk dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on evolving fraud trends, payment regulations, and crypto industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in risk management, fraud detection, or fintech risk roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in English for effective cross-team communication.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with merchant risk assessment or KYB/KYC processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
