• Manage day-to-day performance management activities and cyclical processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for HR stakeholders and business leaders.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing performance frameworks and tools.
• Design, implement, and optimize new solutions within the performance management landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice on performance-related matters.
• Continuously improve processes and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance management or project management.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of the financial services or banking industry.
