What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of HR activities for approximately 3,000 employees across 32 EMEA countries.
• Provide support, advice, and guidance on Employee Relations, Redundancy, and TUPE.
• Oversee the administration of Payroll and Employee Benefits.
• Lead and manage a team of HR Administrators.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Office Managers, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience in HR operations management with a focus on the EMEA region.
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Payroll, and Benefits administration.
